    Job Description Associate/Senior Associate - PresalesThe Pre-sales, in an individual contributor role, will be responsible to support the sales team and otherstakeholders at HGS (Business Services Division) with proposals, solution decks and collaterals. He/ She willbe engaged in client discussions to understand requirements, determine efforts and put together SOW andcommercial proposal in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.Job Title Pre-SalesLevel Associate / Senior AssociateDepartment Business DevelopmentExperience 2 to 5 years of related experience in Pre-sales and solutioning roleLocation Bandra, MumbaiQualification A degree or equivalent qualificationPrimary Responsibility RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Note, Client management, Due Diligence questionnaire Supports Sales teams in creating SOWs (Statement of Works) and reviewing MSA for business inputs Periodically Analyzing business dynamics and developing solutions to business problems Solution Design as per the Client requirements Timely submission of Proposal/RFP and responding to Client queries Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to workunder pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters withdiscretion Co-ordination with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentation and Demo Proactively liaise with clients and engage with internal stakeholders as required to develop positiveworking relationship with key contacts Knowledge of HR process and HRMS Manage end- to end client closure post business award from clients Co-ordination with IT team on risk and Information security client questionnaire,Legal team for ClientContracts Observe strict confidentiality all the timesRequired Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of HRO/ RPO business Ability to convert business specifications into visually appealing proposals / presentations Excellent written and Oral communication skills Strong expertise in tools such as Google slides/ Doc, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow designtools. Multitasker and ability to work under stringent timelines Professional approach to internal and external stakeholders required. Approach challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude. Extraordinary quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability toperform well under pressure. Strong facilitation and co-ordination skills Able to manage and deal with ambiguity.
