Looking for Diploma / Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) with 3+ year of experiences in Procurement in fan industry(ceiling fan)Position:Sr. Executive _ SourcingKey Skill:Costing,Rate negotiation,Vendor development,Product / parts development,Cost reduction.Should have experience of handling Commodities like, Die cast component, Injection moulding, Press part, machined part, packaging material, Paint, powder, subassemblies etcShould have knowledge of detail costing, cost element, industry standard for process rates, margins of different commodities.Components / product development, Rate negotiation, initiate rate revisions based on commodity ratesIdentify and implement activities like cost reduction, value analysis, value engineeringVendor rejection return management.Should able to analyse material loss of Job work vendorDeciding MOQ, Lead time,developing alternate source for the components.Eliminating inefficient vendors and Introducing efficient vendor.Preparation of Daily / weekly / Monthly reports and reporting to the management.Should able to forecast Purchase rates, Investment and diff Expenses for the period.Vendor evaluation based on QCD.Excellent communication & negotiation skill with internal and external stake holders.Candidate Should have knowledge of Oracle, MRP, MS officeExperience 5-8 YearsCandidate from the fan industry(CEILING FAN) will be an added advantage
