Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & ResponsibilitiesProduct & Marketing
    • Point of Contact from the Franchisee business with Product and Marketing teams
    • Work with Product teams to create right suit of products for the Franchisee segments
    • Design and roll out marketing campaigns for Franchisees to enhance business visibility amongthe franchisees.
    Channel Interface
    • Responsible for channel productivity and efficiency across all the business teams
    • Design and execute sales and other contests for channels to improve the business output
    • Manage KRAs and KPIs for all channel constituents
    • Implement and track P&L for all the business teams
    Analytics Interventions
    • Work closely with analytics teams to conceptualize campaigns for Franchisees and customers
    • Custodian of Franchisee data and usage for various third-party business initiatives
    • MIS ownership for business across channels.
    Franchisee Engagement
    • Onboarding responsibility of all the new Franchisees
    • Training for new and existing franchisees and their staff engagement programs for Franchisees to strengthen the relationship between business and the Franchisees
