Job Description

    Job Name: Product ManagerFunction: Integration Management OfficerResponsibilities:Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market research and Business Outcome.Constantly test his own products, create edge cases and if required should have the ability to write and define product specs from scratch.Have the ability to work with complex cross functional teams.Integrate usability studies, market analysis, Customer use-cases, Financial product and services sector related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end process flow workingConduct market research and competitor analysisDevelop business cases and product proposalsAnalyze product performance and inform data-driven decisionsRequirements:Should have the ability to define economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics.Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards the customer goals and organization priorities.Work experience in the Banking/ Payment solutions/Financial sector / eCommerce industry is preferredEducational Background:MBA from Premier MBA CollegesProfessional Experience:5-6 years of experience in Product managementDemonstrated ability to manage product development from concept to launch with a strong focus on market adoption and customer satisfaction.Proven experience in product or product management, with a preference for experience in the Banking/ Payment solutions/Financial sector / eCommerce industry.Budget: Up to 20 LPA
