  • Channel management for Digital Sales NTB Credit Card
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business Performance: Achieve the Monthly Business targets for Credit cards sales to existing to bank clients via Pre-approved / qualified programs.
  • Chanel Management: Work with following channel partners to drive the business goals
  1. Digital
  2. Sales
  3. Marketing
  • Service Management Interface closely with the Service Quality unit and support units to ensure effective handling and resolution of customer issues pertaining to portfolio offerings.
  1. Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis
  2. Ensure that strict controls are in place to monitor sourcing for all products as per policy/program guidelines
