    1. Event Expertise: Utilize your 5 years of experience in the Weddings, Live Entertainment, or Hospitality Industry to expertly manage social events, with a special focus on wedding decor.
    2. Labor Management: Demonstrate strong labor management skills, overseeing all stages of wedding decor execution to ensure seamless and high-quality results.
    3. End-to-End Execution: Plan and execute all phases of weddings, Sangeet ceremonies, and social events, from initial business development through pitching, budgeting, contract closures, meticulous planning, creative designing, and flawless production.
    4. Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Clear and concise communication is crucial for turning clients visions into reality.
    5. Industry Networking: Leverage your extensive network within the wedding industry, forging connections with prestigious 5-star hotels and other industry stakeholders. Your connections will be instrumental in sourcing top-tier resources and ensuring the success of each event.
    Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience in the Weddings, Live Entertainment, or Hospitality Industry, with a strong focus on wedding decor management.
    • Proven labor management skills, capable of overseeing all facets of decor execution.
