The role involves project coordination, document control, risk mitigation, budgeting, and ensuring timely project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management, and industry standards to support the successful completion of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the Electrical engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.Manage document control, maintaining and distributing project documents as per company policies.Participate in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure project milestones are met.Identify and mitigate risks related to mechanical engineering processes and system installations.Coordinate with trade partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.Assist in reviewing and approving mechanical system proposals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.Ensure compliance with HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection, and equipment installation requirements.Monitor and manage payment applications, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols on-site as per industry regulations.Provide technical support and recommendations to the design and construction teams.Oversee testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems for project closeout.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Electrical EngineeringBachelors degree 3-6 years of experience in field engineering, construction, or project management (international experience preferred).Proficiency in mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire protection.Familiarity with document control software like Procore, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Aconex, or SAP.Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME, NFPA, ISO, etc.).Experience in budget management, contract documentation, and project scheduling.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).If Interested, kindly revert with updated Cv hidden_email with for more company details.Pl share your resume, Mentioning BELOW DETAILS.
