Job Description

    Opening with a leading Insurance Industry for their office in Goregaon, Mumbai. Role: Project Manager-General Insurance)Location: Goregaon,Mumbai.Experience: 4-5 YearsQualifications: Graduation/Postgraduation (Any)Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Ownership of multiple concurrent projects, as part of overall digital transformation roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
    • Lead the project team to plan, execute and monitor digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
    • Analyze and define the business problem, formulate the projectscope & objectives, recommend, and implement solutions
    • Facilitate the effective communication and engagement between business stakeholders, IT team and Regional Office team to eliminate roadblocks, resolve issues and make alignments for project deliverablesFunctional Skills Required
      • Manage dependencies across projects and between local and Regional Office teams
      • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
      • Manage project Resources, including internal teams, vendors, and third-party contractors
      • Maintain project records in accordance with standards and Risk Policy requirement
