As the Project Manager , your roles and responsibilities will be as below:

  • Providing System setup for new and existing clients
  • On-boarding a new client and putting together a system setup customized to the clients requirements and as a Project Manager, this will be the crux of what you do. Doing this will mostly involve working on Excel and our in-house mystery shoppers software.
  • Pitching in and making appropriate changes in the system when an existing customer requires edits in their working models with us.
  • Responding to transactional queries that involves day-to-day queries on audits, client dashboard functionality and priority reports.
  • Resolving most concerns independently and escalating to appropriate teams whenever needed.
  • Liaising between Client Engagement Managers and client teams
  • Working with client teams keeping the corresponding Client Engagement Managers in loop.
  • Becoming the first person from our team your clients think of when they want to talk about a data or system-related query.
