Job Description

    Position Name: Scrum Master Job Description: Are you passionate about business and tech strategy , deployment and project management We are looking for a highly driven technical project manager to lead Strategic Scrums and Program Management for the founders office. Experience & Skills Clear understanding and proven execution with Agile and Scrum Project Management processes, strategies and methods (certification preferred ) Exceptional stakeholder management and verbal & written communication Eye of detail with the ability to navigate challenges independently Proactive with strong ownership with the ability to balance quality, time sensitivity and business goals with a logical and data-driven approach to quickly and creatively solve problems Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Roles & Responsibilities Setup cross-functional customer and product journey discovery sessions Work with the strategy, business, product, operations teams to plan sprints, resource allocation and feature release cycles Drive product development scrums, sprint planning and stand-upsMonitor project/product progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports with measurable KPIs, milestones and deliverables Anticipate risks, create alternate POAs and present mitigation plans where necessary to keep product releases on track Ensure delivery of time, quality and business goals related to every projectPlan and drive cross-functional meetings to discuss updates and ideas Coordinate daily activities for successful completion of projects with external and internal stakeholder tasks management
