Job Description

    Job Title:Project Manager Structural Repairs & RestorationLocation:Malad, MumbaiWork Schedule:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PMExperience:Minimum 6 years in Repair and RestorationQualification:Bachelors Degree in Civil EngineeringJob Summary:Responsible for planning and executing structural repair work, managing client communication, ensuring timely project completion within budget, and leading teams to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic (20%)
    • Forecast and convey material requirements to the Purchase Department in advance.
    • Ensure quick decision-making for smooth project execution.
    Implementation (45%)
    • Prepare material and labor budgets and obtain approvals.
    • Track project progress, report status, and take corrective actions.
    • Standardize labor rates and engage contractors.
    • Identify and approve extra items, deviations, and substitutions.
    • Ensure strict quality control measures.
    • Manage budget revisions and investment recovery.
    Managerial (30%)
    • Monitor daily reports and submit MIS reports to management.
    • Ensure timely completion, billing, and payments.
    • Oversee material testing and coordination with departments.
    • Verify asset maintenance and condition.
    Other Responsibilities (5%)
    • Attend meetings and handle multitasking duties as needed.
    Required Skills & Competencies:Attitudinal Skills (70%)
    • Passion, responsibility, problem-solving, and proactive approach.
    Functional Skills (30%)
    • Expertise in structural repairs, project costing, and site management.
    Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
