Job Description

    Job Description Summary: The Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the companys Public Address & Conference Systems within the project sales segment in West Region (WR) . This role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding project requirements, and achieving sales & collection targets.Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify potential projects, clients, and partners through research and networking in Airports, Railways, Tunnels, PSUs, CPWD ,PWD , Commercial Buildings , IT/ITES etc. for Public Address & Conference System Systems.- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.2. Client Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the project sector.- Understand client needs and requirements.3. Bosch Public Address & Conference Systems Knowledge:- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products or services.- Effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.4. Sales Strategy:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target the project sales market.5. Sales Presentations and Proposals:- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.- Customize solutions based on client needs and project specifications.6. Channel Management-Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Dealers / Sales Agents across Assigned Verticals.-Guide and train Channel Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.-To develop existing dealer network by Providing technical trainings to dealers and associates to enable them to present the product with full confidence.7. Negotiation and Closing Deals:- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.8. Market Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.- Provide market insights to the management team.9. Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions through CRM .- Provide regular reports to the management team.,
