Job Description

    Position: Purchase ExecutiveLocation : Kahler, BhiwandiTimings : 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to SaturdayKey Responsibilities* Purchase raw materials as per production plans; ensure timely delivery and correct specs.* Maintain and update approved vendor list; compare rates and negotiate best terms.* Track and manage inventory to avoid stockouts or excess holding.* Prepare POs, verify GRNs and invoices, and coordinate with accounts for vendor payments.* Monitor paper market rates and report cost trends weekly.* Coordinate with production and stores for material planning and consumption data.* Submit weekly purchase status and pending delivery reports.Benefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid time offProvident FundRegards ,HR Shweta99hidden_mobile7hidden_email
