Job Description

    Job Title:Quality EngineerJob Location:Girgaon, CP Tank, Mumbai - 400004Pay Scale:INR 2.04 to 2.40 LPACandidate Preferences:Candidates residing in or near Mumbai/Navi MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Conduct inspections of products such as flanges, fittings, fasteners, etc.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection reports and test results.
    • Expedite vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion.
    • Responsible for complete product inspections and issuing release notes.
    • Handle vendor rejections and minimize delays.
    • Prepare inspection reports and submit them to the manager.
    • Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans, including scopes of work and procedures.
    • Maintain daily MTC (Mill Test Certificate) reports.
    • Review and process all purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of material grades.
    Desired Candidate Profile:Qualification:
    • BE in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical/Piping, or ITI in Piping.
    Skills & Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with ASME and ASTM standards.
    • Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
    • Reliable, focused, confident, and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude.
