Job Description

    R&D ManagerResponsibilitiesThe roles core functions are: Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas. Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions. Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility. Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs. Creating design projects and specification sheets. Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders. Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes. Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity. Resolving product issues. Overseeing the production process.Implementation Design and develop complex electronic circuits for subsea tools. Design tests and procedures. Analyse design issues and identify solutions. Independently evaluate design and execute tests to meet stated requirements. Create product support documentation. Participate in and facilitate design reviews. Creation of new intellectual property. Oversee PCB drafting activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 1,000,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per yearSchedule: Day shiftEducation: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: Research & development: 4 years (Preferred) Internet of things: 3 years (Required) PCB: 3 years (Required) hardware: 3 years (Required)
