Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will communicate with potential customers, facilitating meetings with our Talent Manager. This position operates on a fixed morning shift with one rotational day off.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with interested clients and customers through various communication channels.- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Talent Manager.- Provide clear and accurate information regarding services offered.- Maintain records of client interactions and meeting schedules.- Address client inquiries and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.Qualifications:- Strong verbal communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.- Friendly and professional.- Strong problem solving skills and adaptability.
