Job Description

    Looking for a Bulk Recruiter with 6 months of experience in BPO vendor hiring/direct sourcing. The role involves high-volume recruitment for international BPOsKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle bulk hiring for international BPO roles through vendor partners.
    • Coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors to fulfill manpower requirements.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for voice and non-voice roles.
    • Schedule and follow up on interviews with operations teams.
    • Ensure daily and weekly hiring targets are met.
    • Maintain recruitment data and reports.
    Ensure a smooth candidate and vendor experienceRequirements:
    • 6 months of experience in BPO bulk hiring (vendor management experience preferred).
    • Basic understanding of international BPO processes and role requirements.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
    • Familiar with job portals and sourcing tools.
    HSC or above
