    • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
    • Source Candidates from Various Job Portals.
    • Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
    • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
    • Explaining the JD and the terms and benefitsof the requirement with the candidates.
    • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
    • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
    • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
    • Coordinating with Candidates after selection for the processing
    • Collecting documents needed from the candidates to apply for Visa
    • Coordinating with selected candidates for the medicals, travel and other documents
