    • Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Responsible for sourcing, screening, identifying the candidates according to the job description.
    • Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening.
    • Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job requirements.
    • Responsible for scheduling the interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.
    • Interacting with the candidates with regards to the interview schedule and taking post interview feedback of the candidates.
    • Following up with the candidates for the joining formalities after selection and to ensure that the
    candidates join the client in the stipulated time.
    • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
