Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise the daily loan fulfillment operations for multiple loan products (Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Personal Loan, etc.).
    • Monitor loan files from login to disbursement and ensure all cases are processed within the agreed TAT.
    • Verify customer documentation for completeness and compliance before submission to lending partners.
    • Coordinate with relationship managers, customers, bank officials, legal agencies, technical agencies, and credit teams to resolve documentation or processing issues.
    • Track pending cases and proactively follow up to achieve timely loan approvals and disbursements.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of loan records, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
    • Monitor disbursement schedules and ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled.
    • Maintain compliance with lender policies, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
    • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Supervise and guide the fulfillment team, allocate workloads, and monitor individual performance.
    • Conduct quality checks to minimize documentation errors and rework.
    • Handle customer escalations related to processing and disbursement.
    • Coordinate with finance and banking partners for successful loan disbursement and reconciliation.
    • Prepare periodic reports on pipeline status, approvals, disbursements, rejection analysis, and operational performance.
    Required Skills
    • Strong understanding of loan processing, documentation, underwriting workflow, and disbursement procedures.
    • Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices.
    • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM/Loan Management Systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple loan cases simultaneously.
    High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
