Job Description

    Job Summary:The Liability Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business from the Liability Sales vertical, achieving set targets, and managing relationships with Axis Sellers. This individual role will report directly to the Area Head of Liability Sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Relationship Management:
      • Manage relationships with Axis Sellers to meet targets through the Banks Field Operations Staff (FOS).
    • Lead Management:
      • Oversee leads generated from the Liability Sales vertical, ensuring conversion into quality business.
      • Adhere to established processes, coordinating timely with the Area Head and Operations HUB to minimize customer complaints.
    • Timely Follow-ups:
      • Ensure adherence to agreed turnaround times (TATs) for initial customer contact and follow-ups from the date the lead is registered.
    • Persistency:
      • Achieve 15th-month persistency by implementing a robust follow-up mechanism with customers.
    • Training Coordination:
      • Collaborate with the Training team to provide regular training to bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
    • Seller Activation:
      • Activate Liability Sales vertical sellers and achieve activation targets.
    • Digital Asset Utilization:
      • Ensure the effective use of digital assets for lead follow-ups and related activities.
    Measures of Success:
    • Business Plan:
      • Achieve Adj MFYP Collected (Rs.) Plan vs. Actual as per assigned targets.
    • Protection Sales:
      • Meet protection sales targets as specified.
    • Seller Activation:
      • Track BDE Seller Activation (%) Plan vs. Actuals.
    • Persistency:
      • Monitor persistency Plan vs. Achievement.
    Key Competencies/Skills Required:
    • Excellent relationship management skills.
    • Ability to manage various levels of bank management.
    • Strong adherence to processes and guidelines.
    Desired Qualifications and Experience:
    • Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE approved college or university.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance.
    • Experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, channel management, and/or DSA relationship is preferred.
