Job Description

    Immediate Joiner.Role:
    • Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based customers.
    • Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
    • Generate additional business and revenue opportunities through cross-selling or upselling
    • Promptly address client issues by coordinating with internal teams
    Required skills and qualifications:
    • Prior experience in UK or US, Europe geographies preferred
    • Outstanding verbal (with neutral accent)and written communication in English.
    • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or a related field.
    • International Voiceexperience is must.
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles like customer service or sales.
    • Comfortable working in high pressure and result oriented business environment.
    • Willing to work as per UK timings, 1:30pm to 11:30pm IST
