Relationship Manager-LAP

Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify prospective borrowers (self-employed professionals, SME owners, and salaried individuals) through direct marketing, cold calling, and channel partners like DSAs and real estate brokers.
• Customer Consultation: Understand the clients financial requirements, explain LAP products, loan eligibility, and interest rates.
• Loan Processing & Documentation: Assist clients with application forms, verify property documents, and conduct preliminary financial screening.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the credit, underwriting, and legal teams to ensure smooth property valuation, risk assessment, and timely loan disbursement.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain high collection efficiency, monitor portfolio quality, and cross-sell other financial products like credit cards, insurance, or working capital loans.
