Job Description

    ROLE SUMMARY:We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Relationship Managers to join our team, focusing on selling POS machines to businesses across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to drive growth and build strong client relationships.PRIMARY:
    • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling and selling to existing customer base.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized (SME) businesses, retail outlets, and other target customers.
    • Present and demonstrate POS machines and related solutions, highlighting key benefits tailored to the customers business needs.
    • Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales to exceed monthly targets.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and address any post-sale issues.
    SKILLS:
    • Previous POS selling experience in international market preferred.
    • Outstanding verbal (with neutral accent) and written communication in English, proactiveness, listening and persuasion skills.
    • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in POS systems, payment solutions, or related technology products.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent negotiation skills & Problem-solving mindset
    QUALIFICATION:HSC or Higher More than 5 years experience in selling POS Machines or a related fieldWHAT WE OFFER:
