Job Description

    Designation: Renewal Management & Customer Coordination Location: Kandivali East Working Day: Monday - Saturday ( 2 & 4 Saturday off) Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMRole Overview :The Manager Renewal Management & Customer Coordination will be responsible forensuring timely and accurate policy renewals, strengthening client relationships, and drivingcustomer satisfaction. The role requires a blend of operational excellence, proactivecommunication, and strategic client management to retain and grow the companysbusiness portfolio.Key Responsibilities : Oversee timely and accurate policy renewals to ensure 100% retention. Coordinate with clients for queries, updates, and renewal confirmations. Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure best offers. Maintain renewal tracker/MIS to avoid lapses. Conduct periodic client review meetings to strengthen relationships.
