Job Description

    Position: Accounts ExecutiveJob Location: Mumbai (Andheri-W)Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Day-to-Day Accounting.
    • Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
    • Bank(s) Reconciliation.
    • Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
    • Co-ordinating with Vendors & Clients for Payments.
    • Banking, Administrative paperwork and other day to day tasks.
    • Handling petty Cash Records.
    • Maintaining Employee Expense data as per company policy.
    • Preparing Sales, Revenue, and other reports as per the work demands.
    • Preparation of Invoice.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Minimum Experience of at least 2 years is required.
    • Qualification B. Com/M. Com
    • Hands on Experience on Tally
    • Hands on Knowledge of Excel, MS Office
    • Hands on experience on ERP software will be added advantage
    • Good written & Verbal communication skills.
    • Good Time Management Skills.
    • Should have Problems Solving ability & Approach at workplace.
