    Description:Key Responsibilities:1. Government Scheme & Compliance ManagementIdentify, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of state and central government schemes for MSMEs.Track licensing and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.2. Product Enhancement & Digital Development Collaborate with tech team to improve platform features and enhance user experience.Research and recommend digital solutions to optimize product offerings for MSMEs.Support testing and feedback loops for platform upgrades and new features.3. MSME Market Research & Content DevelopmentConduct market research on MSMEs and industry trends. Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials to support internal teams.Give inputs on blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.4. Cross-Functional Training & Speaker ReadinessTrain internal teams on MSME schemes and compliance. Assist in preparing speakers for events and presentations on MSME-related topics.Act as a think tank for the organization and work towards making the entire organization informed and educated regarding the MSME ecosystem by giving updates on the latest MSME news, policies, and trends.
