Job Description

    Job Position: Restaurant ManagerExperience: 15-18 yearsAge:- 34-35Location: Kemps corner and bandraSalary Budget: 50,000 ctcJob Description1. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.2. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.3. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints. 4. Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations5. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction6. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints7. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors8. Organize and supervise shifts9. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity10. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products11. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations12. Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it13. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste14. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses15. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events15. Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)16. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices17. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations. 18. Generate all kinds of reports.Qualification
    • HSC/Graduate/Hotel Management Diploma in F&B/Food Craft Communication and team management abilities
    • Knowledge and experience of working for fine dining authentic Italian cuisine .
    • Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
