Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Associate Jewellery ShowroomLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 1 to 3 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our jewellery showroom in Mumbai (Bandra). The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of sales experience, Good communication skills in Hindi and English, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
    • Explain product details, purity, and designs to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of jewellery.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Process billing and ensure proper documentation of sales transactions.
    • Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge.
    Requirements:
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
    • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi and Gujarati will be a plus).
    • Passion for sales and customer service.
    • Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
    • Presentable, professional, and enthusiastic personality.
