Job Description

Designation: Sales Coordinator (Internal Sales) Designation: Sales CoordinatorRoles & Responsibilities: Answer inquiries through email, mobile and telephone. Communicate before and after sending quotation / proposal. Maintaining their record and updating comments in CRM. Co-ordinate with costumer for daily orders and material requirement. Knowledge of ERP system / Excel. Co-ordinate with logistics Payment Follow-up. Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers. Supporting the sales team. Offering after-sales support to customers. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to gain repeat business wherever possible.Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or relevant role Strong English communication skills - including both verbal and written. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word Calls and Emails to cold and warm leads. Education Qualification: Any Graduate.
