Job Description

    Sales Coordinator PAN India (FMCG)The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams, tracking sales performance, and maintaining MIS systems. The role requires overseeing PAN-India sales activities, managing reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.1. Sales Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact for the sales team and coordinate with regional sales managers across PAN India.
    • Manage communication between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments like marketing, supply chain, and logistics.
    • Assist in preparing and following up on sales proposals and contracts.
    2. MIS Management
    • Maintain, update, and analyze sales data using MIS tools to provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to visualize sales trends and insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales databases and software systems.
    3. Sales Operations Support
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and highlight areas requiring attention.
    • Support the sales team in planning and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
    • Manage and maintain sales documentation, including invoices, agreements, and other essential records.
    4. Inventory and Distribution Coordination
    • Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of products to distributors and retailers.
    • Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment across regions to prevent shortages or overstocking.
    5. Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and retailers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
    • Resolve queries from internal teams and external clients promptly and professionally.
    6. Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
    • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior management.
