Job Description

    Sales CoordinatorCompensation: 4-5 LPA (Fixed Salary)Position: Sales Coordinator Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Experience: 1-2 years in sales coordination or similar roles Location: Borivali Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Support
    • Coordinate daily sales operations across all branches to ensure smooth workflow and performance tracking.
    • Support sales teams with accurate reporting, documentation, and order processing.
    • Monitor stock levels and follow up with internal teams to avoid shortages or delivery delays.
    MIS & Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports using advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
    • Analyze sales trends and share insights with senior management for decision-making.
    Communication & Control
    • Act as a communication bridge between multiple branches and the central office.
    • Maintain strong coordination with warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales teams.
    Administrative & CRM Tasks
    • Ensure all client communications and records are properly maintained.
    • Follow up on client inquiries, order statuses, and after-sales support.
    Key Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar support role within the FMCG sector.
    Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
    • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.
    • Prior experience managing data/reporting across multiple locations or branches is a plus.
