Job Description

    Sales CoordinatorTwenty4 Jewellery Industries Private LimitedExperience: 2 to 4 Years.Salary: 22K to 35K.Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10.00am to 6:30pmLanguage: Hindi & EnglishLocation: Mumbai Suburban (Malad), Maharashtra.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Jewellery Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline the processing of jewellery sales. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate sales coordination, order fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction.Role & responsibilities
    • Receive, review, and process incoming jewellery sales from customers or retail partners.
    • Confirm sales details including item specifications, customizations, sizes, and delivery timelines.
    • Monitor progress and proactively resolve any issues that may affect sales.
    • Provide updates to customers regarding order status, estimated delivery dates, and any changes or delays.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • HSC or Bachelors degree in any stream.
    • Experience in Jewellery Industry is must.
    • Prior experience in jewellery production, supply chain, or e-commerce.
    • Familiarity with jewellery terminology, materials, and processes.
    • Proficiency with Sales management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
