Job Description

    *Roles & Responsibility* To create business plan for Cutting Tools segment annually and monthly. To plan monthly visit to customers within region. To achieve monthly targets of sales as per the Goal sheet. To attend daily sales meeting and execute the meeting agenda. To focus on new customer development and maintain existing customer. To collect the payment as per the PO terms. To do follow up for old / outstanding payment recovery. To attend the Monthly and quarterly meeting with Principle companys as per their schedule. To attend the product training as per principle companys plan and guide team members on product awareness. To educate the customers for our products through training at their end. To conduct the more trial of our products at customer end and generate the trial report. To create sales report on monthly basis and submit to the management for review. To study competitors product and business information, update to management from time to time. To upgrade self on tools, technology and domain knowledge of product and sales function. To ensure safety norms, equipment and policies are followed while working within the premises of customers and our company. *FUNCTIONAL C0MPETENCIES :* Cutting Tools product knowledge. Application knowledge of all machining process (Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grooving / parting and Dies and Moulds machining) Knowledge of selection of Turning tools, Milling Tools, Drilling and Grooving / parting tools. Customer Relationship Negotiation Skills
