Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer & Business Development Executive with experience in APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction), Harmonic Filters, Electrical Services, Electrical Safety Audits, Power Quality Audits, and Testing Services. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the companys services in the electrical and power quality sector.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Business Development:
      • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the APFC, Harmonic Filters, and Electrical Services sectors.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors.
      • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closing deals.
      • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
    • Client Consultation & Technical Support:
      • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on APFC systems, Harmonic Filters, power quality audits, and electrical safety audits.
      • Understand clients requirements and propose customized solutions for energy optimization, electrical safety, and power quality.
    • Market Research & Analysis:
      • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
      • Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and business strategy.
    • Project Management & Coordination:
      • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
      • Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of services, including audits, testing, and installations.
    • Reporting & Documentation:
      • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking to management.
      • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project progress.
    • Customer Service & Post-Sales Support:
      • Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
      • Address any technical queries or concerns raised by clients post-installation or project delivery.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
    • 1 years of experience in sales engineering or business development, specifically in APFC, Harmonic Filters, Electrical Safety, or Power Quality Audits.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, energy optimization, and electrical testing services.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in the electrical industry with knowledge of power quality and safety standards.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications related to electrical safety and power quality audits.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
