Job Description

    Job Title: Sales ExecutiveCompany Overview: Vivaan Water / N.S. & Associates is Indias leading provider of sustainable and eco-friendly water management solutions, including rainwater harvesting, water audits, green building certifications, and more. We are committed to helping builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants create more sustainable and water-efficient projects.Responsibilities:
    • Proactively work on generated leads thru India Mart & Just Dial and build relationships with builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants in the target market.
    • Conduct outreach through phone calls,emails,networking events,and industry conferences.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their project needs and assessing their interest in sustainable water management solutions.
    • Conduct in-person meetings with Prospective Clients to present our services and solutions effectively.
    • Develop customized proposals and presentations that address specific Prospective Clients requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals,ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop Sales strategies.
    Requirements:
    • HSC or Bachelors degree in business,sales,or a related field.
    • 5 years plus experience in sales,preferably in the construction or sustainability industry.
    • Strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and water conservation practices.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,with the ability to build rapport with Prospective Clients.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Customer-focused approach with a passion for building sustainable solutions.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Hands on experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
    • Computer Literate. Working knowledge of latest MS-Office.
