Job Description

    Job Title: Travel Sales and Business Development ExecutiveLocation: MumbaiExperience: Fresher - 2 yearsSalary: 10,000 - 15,000 per monthWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related services while building strong relationships with clients. You will play an essential part in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through a variety of channels.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Business Development:
      • Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and other related services to potential clients.
      • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online inquiries.
      • Assess customer needs and provide personalized travel solutions that cater to their preferences.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
      • Offer expert guidance on travel destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
      • Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout their travel journey.
    • Marketing & Promotion:
      • Assist in promoting Travel Connexons services via social media platforms, online marketing, and traditional marketing efforts.
      • Represent the company at travel expos, corporate events, and networking activities to attract potential customers.
    • Target Achievement:
      • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
      • Track and report on sales performance regularly to the management team.
    • Booking & Coordination:
      • Work with vendors, hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure and finalize bookings.
      • Ensure smooth travel arrangements and provide post-booking support to clients.
