Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and music education, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive student enrollments.
    • Understand customer requirements and pitch Artium Academys courses effectively.
    • Convert leads into enrollments by offering personalized guidance and resolving queries.
    • Follow up with interested prospects to close sales and maximize conversions.
    • Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data and sales progress.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, B2C, or inside sales roles.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
    • Passion for music and education is a plus.
