Job Description

    Job Designation - Sales HeadRoles and Responsibilities
    • In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department.
    • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals.
    • Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the departments performance against targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
    • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
    • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
    • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
    • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Proven or Demonstrable experience as head of sales
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Strong leadership and team building skills
