Job Description

    Position: Sales ManagerLocation:WorliDepartment: SalesExperience Required: Minimum 3 years in the Automobile IndustryReports to: Regional Sales Director / Head of SalesJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving the sales targets for our automobile products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy & Planning:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
      • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.
      • Set and track sales targets for the team and ensure their achievement.
      • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
    • Team Management:
      • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
      • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new and existing sales representatives.
      • Monitor team performance and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
      • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues effectively.
      • Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
    • Sales Operations:
      • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
      • Coordinate with the marketing department to align promotional activities and campaigns with sales goals.
      • Manage the pricing strategy, inventory, and product offerings to maximize sales.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      • Track and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generation, and market share.
      • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
    • Market Expansion:
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and regions.
      • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and automotive events to enhance brand visibility.Required Skills and Qualifications:
        • Experience:
          • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
          • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
        • Skills:
          • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
          • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
          • Deep knowledge of automobile products, services, and the market landscape.
          • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
        • Education:
          • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
