Job Description

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the local market.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
    Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify potential customers, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable home loan products.
    • Engage in direct sales activities, such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
    Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive lead generation.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the loan application and approval process.
    • Address customer queries and concerns to ensure smooth, timely loan disbursements.
    Loan Processing Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure seamless loan approval and disbursement processes.
    • Ensure that all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving any issues that may arise during the loan processing stage.
