Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager (South or West India)Location: Work from HomeWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the South or West Indiaregion. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals andpresentations. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other performance data to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead- generation strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the power or electricalindustry. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and remotely while managing a sales team. Willingness to travel as required.Preferred Candidate: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
