    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
    • Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients, explaining project details and benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate agencies.
    • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
    Marketing & Promotion:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects effectively.
    • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to drive brand awareness.
    • Coordinate with designers and content teams to create promotional materials (brochures, videos, ads).
    • Conduct online and offline marketing activities, including property exhibitions and networking events.
    • Optimize real estate listings on property portals to maximize visibility.
    Construction & Technical Knowledge:
    • Understand project specifications, construction materials, and building regulations to explain property features to clients.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to stay updated on project progress.
    • Provide insights into property valuation, structural quality, and design benefits.
    Client Relationship Management:
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Assist clients with financing options and legal documentation related to property transactions.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
