Job Description

    Job Title: Sales & Markeng Execuve Bus Fire Suppression SystemsJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Markeng executive to promote and sell our innovave bus fire suppression systems.The ideal candidate will focus on idenfying business opportunies, generang leads, building customer relaonships, and driving sales growth in the public transportaon, fleet management, and commercial vehicle sectors. Key Responsibilies: 1.Sales Strategy Development: - Develop and execute sales strategies specific to bus fire suppression systems. - Idenfy target markets such as public transport agencies, bus manufacturers, and private fleet operators. - Stay informed about industry regulaons, safety standards, and emerging trends in fire safety.2. Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Generate leads by networking, atending industry trade shows, and researching key players in the transportaon sector. - Iniate contact with transportaon companies, bus operators, and government bodies responsible for public transport safety. - Manage a sales pipeline from lead generaon to deal closure.3. Technical Product Presentaons: - Conduct technical presentaons and product demonstraons to showcase the features and benefits of fire suppression systems. - Educate customers on fire safety compliance and regulaons relevant to their fleets. - Prepare customized proposals based on client needs and vehicle specificaons.4. Marketing Campaigns & Product Promoon: - Collaborate with the markeng team to create awareness campaigns around fire safety in public transportaon. - Develop markeng materials such as brochures, case studies, and technical documentaon tailored for the bus and transport industries. - Manage online markeng acvies, including social media promoons, email campaigns, and digital ads.5. Relaonship Management: - Establish long-term relaonships with key decision-makers in transportaon companies, bus manufacturers, and regulatory agencies. - Provide ongoing customer support, including product training, safety updates, and maintenance guidance. - Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team for installaon and aer-sales support.6. Sales Reporng & CRM Management: - Track and analyze sales performance to meet monthly and annual sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of customer interacons and sales acvity in the CRM system. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.7. Industry Knowledge & Compliance: - Stay up-to-date on local, regional, and global fire safety regulaons and standards (such as NFPA, ISO, etc.). - Monitor compeve products and services, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Ensure that customers are educated on the benefits of compliant and effecve fire suppression systems for their buses and fleets.8. Collaboraon & Teamwork: - Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback from customers and ensure product development aligns with market needs. - Collaborate with the markeng team to create industry-specific content and markeng strategies. - Engage with the installaon and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment of systems.Key Qualificaons: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Markeng, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and markeng of technical safety systems (fire suppression experience is a plus). - Familiarity with the transportaon industry, especially bus and public transport safety. - Strong understanding of fire safety regulaons and compliance standards. - Ability to understand and explain technical products and their benefits.Preferred Skills: - Experience selling to government agencies, public transport authories, or fleet operators. - Strong networking skills and experience in building industry relaonships. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microso Office Suite. - Strong communicaon and presentaon skills. - Ability to travel frequently for client meengs and industry events. Job KPIs: - Sales growth and revenue generated from fire suppression system sales. - Number of new bus operators and fleet clients acquired. - Lead-to-sale conversion rate. - Customer sasfacon and retenon rates. - Success in posioning the company as a leader in the bus fire safety market.
