Job Description

    Sales & Marketing ManagerCompany Overview: Vivaan Water / N.S. & Associates is Indias leading provider of sustainable and eco-friendly water management solutions, including rainwater harvesting, water audits, green building certifications, and more. We are committed to helping builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants create more sustainable and water-efficient projects.Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall vision and objectives.
    • Lead and motivate a team of Marketing and Sales Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
    Marketing & Branding:
    • Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing activities aimed at reaching builders and showcasing the value proposition of our services.
    • Manage the companys online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Build brand awareness and reputation within the construction industry, positioning Vivaan Water /N.S. & Associates as a trusted partner for sustainable building solutions.
    Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to establish lead generation goals and implement effective strategies.
    • Develop and manage customer relationships with builders, identifying and understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
    • Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.
    • Close deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    Performance & Analytics:
    • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and communicate results to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the marketing and construction industries, continually improving processes and strategies.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5 years plus experience in a leadership role within a sales and/or marketing team, preferably in the construction or sustainability industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
    • Strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and water conservation practices.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with builders and stakeholders.
    • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve goals.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including CRM, social media platforms, and website analytics.
    • Customer-focused approach with a passion for building sustainable solutions.
