Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
    • Identify and develop new customers in construction companies, fabricators, contractors, OEMs, and infrastructure projects
    • Generate inquiries for steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, coils, pipes, and plates
    • Conduct regular field visits, site visits, and client meetings
    Client Relationship Management
    • Build long-term relationships with contractors, purchase managers, project heads, and consultants
    • Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business
    • Provide product and pricing information to clients
    Sales Execution
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders
    • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery
    • Ensure proper documentation of orders and contracts
    Collections & Credit Control
    • Follow up for payments and maintain healthy receivables
    • Work within approved credit limits and company policies
    Market Intelligence
    • Track competitor pricing, demand trends, and market movement in steel industry
    • Share market feedback with management for pricing and strategy decisions
