Job Description

    Job Title: Sales TrainerOpen Positions: 2Location: Thane and Bandra (Mumbai)Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 NTHJob Activities: SMS Alerts, Mass Mailing, Job PostingInterview Dates: 16th and 17th January (Face-to-Face Interviews)We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge and skills of new joiners to maximize sales revenue. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a team, conducting training sessions, and leading learning enhancement programs to improve sales and overall workplace skills.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and mentor the team, ensuring that training objectives are met.
    • Train new joiners, enhancing their knowledge and skills to drive sales success.
    • Lead learning enhancement sessions to improve sales performance and skillsets for career growth and workplace advancement.
    • Maintain a strong communication style and be presentable, with the ability to introduce oneself in English.
    • Utilize basic MS Excel for reporting purposes and create presentations using PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrate effective presentation skills and manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Be open to traveling within the mapped locations for training and support.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 3 to 4 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Sales or Training.
    • Strong communication skills and presentable demeanor.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Willingness to travel as required to the mapped locations.
