Job Description

    • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
    • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and Salesforce platform advancements to automate and modernize systems
    • Perform, evaluate, and communicate detailed requirements on Salesforce project initiatives
    • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
    • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
    • Manage a broad range of Salesforce tasks including configuration, customization, implementation, and support
    • Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to ensure that both business and technical perspectives are taken into account
    • Manage system testing and deployment activities to ensure high performance and functionality
    • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on the status of Salesforce projects
    • Work closely with the Salesforce team to design and implement enhancements and make recommendations on Salesforce solutions
