Managing Teckinfo application which gives a platform to employees. 2. Calling purpose Managing dialer daily basis to Sales team for data uploadation, data retrieval from database queries, reports/ MIS , call retrieval, troubleshooting, etc Ensuring first level of troubleshooting.3. Highlighting issues to concern stakeholder and ensuring the preventive and corrective action are taken and worked on reports as required and present. Ideal Applicant:
    • Total of 2 years of core experience in TeckInfo - Dialer.
