Job Description

    Urgent opening for Senior Executive - End of Lease Management role for Mumbai Location .Experience : 3-6 Yrs.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Vehicle Lease Agreement Review & Enforcement:
      Review lease terms: Carefully examine the vehicle lease agreement to understand all terms and conditions related to vehicle return, including mileage limits, wear and tear allowances, and any applicable fees. Identify potential discrepancies: Compare the vehicles condition and mileage to the lease agreement to identify any potential discrepancies or violations. Communicate with lessees: Clearly communicate any discrepancies or potential charges to the lessee in a professional and timely manner.
      • Vehicle Lease End Options & Guidance:
      Advise on lease end options: Inform lessees about their available options, such as purchasing the vehicle, extending the lease, or returning it. Provide guidance on lease return procedures: Explain the steps involved in returning the vehicle, including drop-off locations, required documentation, and any necessary arrangements. Assist with lease extensions: Help lessees understand the process for extending their lease and any associated costs or adjustments.
      • Administrative & Record Keeping:
      Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of all vehicle inspections, lease agreements, communication with lessees, and any associated charges. Process lease end paperwork: Handle all necessary paperwork, including lease termination forms, inspection reports, and any required documentation for vehicle return. Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, accounting, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and efficient lease end process.
      • Customer Service:
      Provide excellent customer service: Communicate with lessees in a professional, courteous, and informative manner. Address customer inquiries: Promptly and effectively address any questions or concerns that lessees may have regarding the lease end process. Resolve disputes: Work to resolve any disputes or disagreements regarding vehicle condition or charges in a fair and equitable manner.
      • Continuous Improvement:
      Identify areas for improvement: Continuously analyze the vehicle lease end process to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Implement process enhancements: Develop and implement strategies to improve the vehicle lease end process, such as streamlining procedures, enhancing communication, and improving customer service.Key Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with lessees, explaining complex information, and resolving disputes.
